Da Vinci Days and the blue horizon.

Da Vinci Days is a summer festival that goes on in Corvallis, during which all the crazies and neo-hippies present their art, which includes these big eccentric pole things. Andy and I observed some of the works, and the impact can be seen on our faces.

Downtown is American Dream Pizza, with a bar in the back called the Crow Bar. When the weather is nice, which has been pretty much every day, one can ascend to the roof to eat and drink in the sun.

Last week a bunch of toilets showed up on the doorstep of the church across the street from my apartment. I just couldn't resist the juxtaposition of the divine and the personal-utility.
